OLEY TRAINING RIDES

A training ride leaves Oley most Saturdays and Sundays during the fall/winter/spring. They leave from the Oley Kings parking lot, located at Memorial Highway and Friedensburg Road, at 9:30 am.

Saturday's ride is usually 60-70 miles at a steady endurance pace, with hills.

Sunday's ride is usually 50+ miles at an easier pace with a possible coffee shop stop, fixed gear bike is possible and optional.

You need some fitness to hang on the Saturday ride. Sunday's ride is easy.
