So I have a new toy and a way to share my rides from KC with all of you.

Check out the rides and come out to join me whenever you'd like!
(Who said there aren't hills in Kansas City...)

I'll be back in PA on Friday 2/29 in the afternoon. If I can make it on schedule and if anyone's interested, I'd like to ride about 1PM (after the lunch ride) from SMC.

Kansas City, MO Empty Too much time on the bike?

Post  hanskneller Wed Mar 05, 2008 9:42 am

Okay, so I'm betting some of you feel like you spend too much time on the bike. You feel like you're not committing enough time to your job. The other day while I was flying home, I found the solution for you...

www.fastexercise.com

The bonuses you pull in will more than make up for the cost of the equipment! Who really needs to spend their entire lunch hour on the bike anyway? Get in your 4 minutes of gutwrenching exercise, grab that microwave meal in a box and get back to work. Your boss will love you!

I love it that Steak forgets the F when he goes on an effin' rant... I wouldn't want a push either. Very Happy
(and then goes back and fixes the mistake when he's cooled off)
